We have conducted an unbiased review of the top netbooks.  We ranked the top  netbooks according to popularity as well as the consumer and expert reviews. We rank the Acer Aspire One number one on our list followed by the MSI Wind U100 and the Asus Eee PC.

The base Aspire One, which includes an 8GB SSD and Linux starts at $329. The design of the Acer Aspire One is very sleek with softly rounded edges and a smooth glossy surface that is comfortable to hold when closed. For those looking for a low cost budget netbook, the Acer Aspire One is a worthy candidate. This computer has solid quality designed to handle being tossed around in a backpack or purse, and modest performance to handle common software applications with ease.

The MSI Wind U100 has a 10" wide LCD display to provide better comfort while viewing or reading. The low power usage can offer a long battery operating time. The U100 is equipped with the capability of magnifying text making it easier when you are viewing photos, editing or reading documents.  You can find the U100 for around $330.

The Eee PC features a nice sized display with 1024 x 600 resolution. The Eee PC actually has a slightly larger touchpad button than the previous Eee PC 901 which makes it much more comfortable to use than the original Eee PC. Overall, the Eee PC is a snappy little budget notebook. The new Intel Atom 1.60GHz ultra-low voltage processor doesn't have the performance of a modern Core 2 Duo processor but provides a nice browsing experience. You can find it for around $300.
